About the N26 Travel eSIM plan

The N26 Travel eSIM plan is a digital, data-only mobile service you can manage entirely in your N26 app. It allows you to purchase data bundles for a wide range of countries and regions to use when you travel.

Please be aware of these limitations:

• Platform: The travel eSIM feature is only available in the N26 mobile app. It is not available on the N26 web app.
• Country: This feature is available in all N26 markets, with the exception of customers who have Italian T&Cs and an Italian IBAN.
• Device: Your phone must support eSIM technology. If your device is not compatible, you will see an error message in the app.
• Eligibility: All N26 personal, business, and all-tier (Standard, Smart, You, Metal, Flex) accounts are eligible.

An eSIM (embedded Subscriber Identity Module) is a digital SIM card. It allows you to download and activate a mobile plan directly on your device without needing a physical SIM card.

In the app:

• Log in to your N26 mobile app.
• Tap on your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner to access the Settings (also called "My Account").
• Scroll down and select Travel eSim under Mobile.
• You will be guided to choose your destination (country, region, or global) and the data bundle that suits your needs.
• As the final step of your first purchase, you can choose to "Install" your Travel eSIM immediately or "Skip" to do it later.

You only need to install the Travel eSIM once. All future data bundles you buy will be added to this single eSIM.

The following features and services are not currently supported:

• A phone number (it is data-only)
• SMS (texting) or Voicemail services
• MMS (multimedia messaging)
• Physical SIM cards
• Use on smartwatches (like Apple Watch), tablets, or iPads
• Activation via QR code
