Update your name, sex, or nationality
For security reasons, your personal information can only be updated in the N26 app on a paired device. To update your name, nationality, or sex, ask for a specialist in the support chat. Please have the following documents ready:
Name or sex
- A copy of the front and back of your ID card or a copy of your passport
- An official document of the change, such as a marriage certificate or updated birth certificate
Once we confirm the update, don’t forget to order a new N26 card so it reflects the new info.
