Update your name, legal sex, or nationality
For security reasons, your personal information can only be updated in the N26 app on a paired device.
In the N26 app
- Select your initials.
- Select Personal details.
- Select Personal information.
- Select Edit (if shown), then follow the steps to submit your request.
This feature isn’t available to French, Russian, or Belarusian citizens. If this applies to you, or If you can’t update your details yourself, ask for a specialist in the support chat.
What documents you'll need to update your details via Support
Name or legal sex
- A copy of the front and back of your ID card or a copy of your passport
- An official document of the change, such as a marriage certificate or updated birth certificate
Once we confirm the update, don’t forget to order a new N26 card so it reflects the new info.
Nationality
- A copy of the front and back of your ID card or a copy of your passport.
