How to get N26 Insurance?

How to file a claim?

Once you have initiated a claim in the N26 app, you will be redirected to file the claim on Simplesurance's online portal (new tab). Log in with your Certificate Number and PIN which you can find in your insurance certificate you received via Messages from N26.

Every customer is eligible to file a maximum of two claims per year. After the second successful claim, the insurance will automatically expire.

For any further information, always refer to the Terms and Conditions document that will be sent to your Messages in the app right after the purchase of your coverage. Additionally, you can always reach out to support@simplesurance.de for any information regarding your policy or claim. 

Am I eligible? 

N26 Insurance is available for all our customers. N26 Metal customers can’t sign up for the phone insurance, however, as they already have a phone insurance as part of their Metal membership. Please make sure you have the latest version of the N26 app. Currently, N26 Insurance is available for N26 customers in Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Germany.

This policy does not cover devices that are purchased outside of Europe.
