How to contact N26?
The easiest way to contact us is by using your account’s chat feature. You can find this option either in your N26 mobile app or WebApp (new tab).

How to start a chat in the N26 mobile app:
- Log in to your N26 mobile app:
- click on the Support icon on the top right hand corner
- Scroll down, select Support > Support chat
How to start a chat in your WebApp:
- Log in to your WebApp (new tab)
- Click on the Support Chat icon on the bottom right hand corner
You will be shown your place in the waiting list. Please wait a moment and have your N26 Mastercard ready for quick service.
We are available every day from 07:00 to 23:00 CET, including Sundays and bank holidays.

How to contact us by phone (Premium accounts only)
If you hold a Smart, You or Metal account for either our Personal or Business accounts, you have the added benefit of calling our customer service team for support. You can find our customer support number in the app and WebApp. This phone support line is connected to the number registered on your account. If you have changed your number recently and have not updated it with us, calling this number will not connect you with our customer service team.

If you are not able to change your phone number following these steps, we ask you to please open a new chat. If you are unable to login to your account, look for the “Start new Support Chat” button at the end of this page.
