Update your phone number, email, address, or tax information

You can update all of your information in the N26 app, but only your delivery address on web. Here’s how it works:

In the N26 app:

  1. Log in to the mobile app.
  2. In the Home tab, select your initials
  3. Select ‘Personal details’
  4. Next, select:

a. Personal information’ to update your phone number or email address b. ‘Addresses’ to edit your home address or delivery address c. ‘Tax information’

Your home address can be updated in the app. If we can find your address in our database, you can complete the update with biometrics (Face ID or fingerprint scanner). If we can’t verify the address automatically, you’ll be sent a request for proof of address.

Change delivery address on web:

  1. Log in to your account on web.
  2. In the Home tab, select ‘My account’
  3. Select ‘Personal details’
  4. Directly edit your delivery address and then select Save changes
