How to reorder a card?
ℹ️ Deliveries normally take up to 10 working days. Deliveries may take longer in some specific areas in the following countries: Estonia, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia and Spain.
If you’re waiting for your first card and it has been more than 10 working days since you've successfully completed your identity verification, please contact us via live chat.
For any other reason, please re-order your card via the N26 app.
- First, check and update your shipping address
- You can do this within the N26 app: 👤 My Account > Settings > Personal Settings > Shipping Address.
- To reorder your card go to Actions and tap Card Settings.
- From your list of cards, swipe until you see the card you wish to reorder and select Reorder.
Note that the Standard and the N26 You replacement cards have a fee of €10 for standard shipping and €30 for express shipping. For N26 Metal cards, the fee is €45 for standard shipping. Express delivery for Metal cards is not available.
Once you’ve ordered your new card, you can activate a digital version while your card is on its way. You can do this within the N26 app by scrolling to your card in Card Settings and adding it to the mobile wallet of choice. This feature is available for 30 days starting from the day your card has been ordered. After this you'll need to activate your physical card through the N26 app. Once the physical card is activated, your mobile wallet will continue working normally. If you don’t activate your physical card during this period, the digital version will expire until your card is activated.
This feature is not be enabled for customers who reorder their card or move to another account without blocking their current card. In these cases their current card will continue working with Apple Pay or Google Pay until the new one is activated.
