How to contact N26?

There are several ways you can reach out to our customer support team, but the best option is always opening a secure chat while you’re logged into the App. This will allow us to verify your identity, and provide you with specific information and support. We are available every day from 07:00 to 23:00 CET, including Sundays and bank holidays.

We won’t be able to assist you in case you visit our location. Please only use our designated channels to contact us. 

Chat with us

From them mobile app, tap on your initials on the top right-hand corner and scroll down. Then select Support Center and Chat with us.

From a web browser

Call us (Premium accounts only)

From the mobile app, tap on your initials on the top right-hand corner and scroll down. Then, select Support Center > Call us or click on the button below from your smartphone.

Please note: to contact us by phone you need to have an N26 Premium account (Go, Smart, or Metal).

If you can’t login

If you don’t have an account with us, your smartphone is lost or broken, or you’re having issues logging into the app, you can open a visitor chat.

Are you a former N26 US account holder?

We are no longer offering support to former US accounts, however our banking partner, Axos, has taken over this support. If you need help contacting Axos, press Open a visitor chat with our European customer service team, and they can provide you with these details.
