How to use EasyFlex Savings?
On the 19th of December 2022 we informed our customers via email and Secure Inbox that we will discontinue our partnership with Raisin (Weltsparen), our partner for the EasyFlex Savings product. Customers have the option to continue managing their funds directly through Raisin’s platform. Alternatively, they can choose to cancel their EasyFlex Savings account.
- If you still had funds on your EasyFlex Savings account on the 16th January 2023, you will have received an email which enables you to set up an account directly at Weltsparen. You will then be able to access and manage your funds directly from their platform.
- If you didn't have any funds on your EasyFlex Savings account on the 16th January 2023, your EasyFlex Savings account has been closed and you don’t have to take any further action.
