Download your personal data
Download your personal data
This data can only be downloaded on web.
Data portability and GDPR
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we’ve added a data export option to the web app. This feature supports your right to data portability, which is designed to help you easily transfer your personal data if you decide to switch banks.
About the file format
Please keep in mind that this file is generated in a machine-readable format (JSON). It’s specifically designed to be transferred to and processed by other banks, not to be read by humans. If you try to open it on your computer, the data may look confusing — this is normal.
How to download your data
You can request to download the personal data you provided for a currently active account, or an account you held in the past.
If you’re a current customer
Please fill out this data request form (new tab). You’ll be asked to create a temporary password to use with the link we send to your registered email address. The link is only valid for 24 hours from the moment you receive the email. If the password is entered incorrectly five times, the link will become invalid and you’ll need to create a new export request.
If you’re a former customer
You can download your personal data even after your account has been closed. To request this information, complete a data request form (new tab) and make sure that the details you provide match all your previous account info. You’ll need to know:
- The first and last name, personal ID number, and the expiration date of the identification document (national ID or passport) you used to verify the account
- The email address associated with the former account
- The date (month and year) you created and closed your account. You should be able to find this info in your emails
For security reasons, we have to make sure it’s really you requesting the data, so if any field is inaccurate or missing, we won’t be able to process the request. You’ll be asked to create a temporary password to use with the link we send to your registered email address. The link is only valid for 24 hours from the moment you receive the email. If the password is entered incorrectly five times, the link will become invalid and you’ll need to create a new export request.
