Reorder your card
You can reorder a card if yours is lost, broken, or stolen. If you're already waiting for a card to arrive, check the estimated delivery time (new tab) in your app before placing a new order.
How to reorder a physical card
To reorder a physical card, you need to have had a previously activated card on your account. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Home tab and select ‘Cards’.
2. From your list of cards, select the card you want to reorder.
3. Select Order a new card.
Delivery address requirements
Before reordering, check your delivery address under 'Personal Details' > 'Addresses' > 'Delivery address'. Your address must meet these requirements:
- It must be a home address — business addresses are not accepted.
- Your name must appear on the mailbox. If a different name is on the mailbox, add it to the additional address info in your app.
- Enter your postal code without spaces.
- If applicable, add your building number, stairwell number, and door code to the additional address info in your app.
- If you're moving soon, use the express delivery option and make sure you select the country and address where you'll be moving to.
If your address contains special characters, ask for a specialist in the support chat (new tab) to update your details.
How to reorder a virtual card
To reorder a virtual card, you first delete the existing one, then request a new one. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Home tab and select Cards.
2. From your list of cards, select the virtual card you want to reorder.
3. Select Delete virtual card.
4. Go back to the Cards tab.
5. Select Get an additional card, then select Virtual.
6. Select Choose to confirm.
Use your card before it arrives
You don't have to wait for your physical card to arrive in the mail. You can start making payments straight away by adding your card to Apple Pay (new tab), Google Pay (new tab), Samsung Pay (new tab), or Garmin Pay (new tab).
