How to change my phone number?
It’s important to keep your personal data up to date, for example, your phone number is necessary to connect your smartphone or to send and receive MoneyBeams (or Bizums if you have a Spanish IBAN)
Here's how you can change it in your app:
- Go to: 👤 My Account > Personal Details > Personal Information
To be able to update your phone number in the app, you must use your paired device, meaning the smartphone linked to your account (new tab).
If you do not have access to your paired device or if it is not possible for you to update your phone number directly in the app for any other reason, please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
