N26 SIM - Your Digital Mobile Plan

The N26 SIM plan is a digital-only mobile service you can manage entirely in your N26 app. It operates on the MasOrange network and doesn't require a physical SIM card.

Please be aware of these limitations:

• Platform: The N26 SIM feature is only available in the N26 mobile app. It is not available on the N26 web app.
• Country: This feature is currently available to N26 customers with a home address in Spain, a Spanish IBAN, and Spanish T&Cs. Only Spanish (+34) mobile plans are offered.
• Device: Your phone must support eSIM technology. (new tab) If your device isn't compatible, you will see a message in the app. iPhones intended for the Chinese market don’t support eSIM and can’t be used with N26 SIM or N26 Travel eSIM. To be safe, check eSIM compatibility with your device manufacturer.
• Eligibility: All N26 personal, business, and all-tier (Standard, Smart, You, Metal, Flex) accounts are eligible.

If your device is not eSIM-compatible or is locked to another provider, you will not be able to install the N26 SIM. If you have reached the maximum number of eSIM profiles on your device, you may need to delete an old profile before installing a new one.

An eSIM (embedded Subscriber Identity Module) is a digital SIM card. It allows you to download and activate a mobile plan directly on your device without needing a physical SIM card.

Your contacts and data are safe: You don't need to transfer any personal data to your eSIM. Your contacts, messages, and photos are stored on your phone's memory or in the cloud, not on the SIM card. Activating your eSIM won't erase them.

• Log in to your N26 mobile app.
• Tap on your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner to open User Settings (also called "My Account").
• Scroll down and tap on N26 SIM under the Mobile section.
• You will be guided through the steps to choose and activate your plan.
• As the final step, you can choose to "Install" your eSIM immediately or "Skip" to do it later.

Note for Spain: Your service and billing will only become active once your phone number has been successfully ported to N26 or you have chosen a new N26 number.

In Spain, we offer one Unlimited plan for €12.00 per month. This plan includes:

• Unlimited national data within Spain.
• Unlimited national calls and text messages.
• 20 GB of data for roaming within the EU/EEA.

The following features and services are not currently supported:

• Physical SIM cards (the service is eSIM-only).
• Sending or receiving MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service).
• Using your eSIM on smartwatches (like Apple Watch), tablets, or iPads.
• Using the same eSIM on multiple phones at the same time.
• Activation via QR code.

The Unlimited plan has a cap of 1,000 SMS messages and 15,000 call minutes per month. This cap also applies when roaming. There is also a cap of €200 international out-of-bundle charges per month.

If you run out of minutes or SMS, you can still use your data to make calls or send messages with services like WhatsApp or FaceTime.

Since your plan includes unlimited data within Spain, top-ups are primarily used to add extra EU/EEA roaming data if you exceed your monthly 20 GB limit.

• Top-ups are non-refundable and added to your monthly N26 SIM invoice.
• They reset on the 1st of each month (unused data does not carry over).
• You cannot purchase top-ups during the first 14 days of your plan (the withdrawal period).

• EU/EEA Roaming: You have 20 GB of data included for use within the EU/EEA at no extra cost. Ensure Roaming is enabled in your device settings.
• International Roaming: If you are traveling outside the EU/EEA, additional charges for calls, SMS, and data will apply.
• Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi): This feature is not free and is billed like a regular call.
• Call Forwarding: This is a billable service charged a per-minute fee.

You can use your N26 eSIM alongside a physical SIM from another provider. Most phones support "Dual SIM" mode, which allows you to use both at the same time.

Currently, you can only have one active N26 SIM plan (Local Plan) per customer.
