Where to find your P-account in the N26 app
If you have a P-account, you can now view your key allowance details directly on your N26 app home tab.
What you’ll see on the home tab
When you open the app, the P-account module displays:
- Remaining allowance – The amount you can still spend this month without it being at risk from creditors.
- Total protected allowance – Your full monthly protection limit (normally €1,560, as set by German law under § 850k ZPO).
Select Details to view the full P-account status page, which also includes:
- Carried-over balance – Any unused protected allowance carried over from the previous month.
- Protected income next month – The amount that will be protected in the upcoming month.
- Potential payout – The amount set aside to be paid to your creditors at the end of the month. This amount will only be paid out to creditors at the end of the month if it hasn’t been spent.
- Last updated – When these figures were last refreshed (updated in real time).
