How to change my phone number?
It’s important to keep your personal data up to date, for example, your phone number is necessary to connect your smartphone or to send and receive MoneyBeams (or Bizums if you have a Spanish IBAN).
Here's how you can change it in your app:
Go to: 👤 My Account > Personal Details > Personal Information
To be able to update your phone number in the app, you must use your paired device, meaning the smartphone linked to your account (new tab).
Note: If you can't use your paired device or if you can't update your phone number in the app for any reason, please contact our Customer Service.
