How to get a bank statement?

A bank statement is a document that shows the total balance of your account and all incoming and outgoing transactions, including transfers, direct debits, card payments, etc. It also shows the name and surname of the account holder, and the IBAN and BIC numbers of the account.

N26 offers two forms of statements:

  • Balance statements, also called bank statements or account balance statements, reflect a monthly picture of total balances and transactions. They're available as PDF files only.
  • Account activity statements reflect balances and transactions for a custom period, e.g. from May 26th, 2021 to February 14th, 2023. They're available as PDF and CSV files.
