CRR Disclosure Report
What is it ?
The Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) is an EU law. Among others, it states an obligation for credit institutions to publish a disclosure report on an annual basis (Art. 433 CRR).
Why is the Disclosure Report not published in our Support Center or somewhere else on our website?
N26 Bank AG is not obliged to publish the CRR report on our website. Art. 434 (new tab) CRR only requires an “appropriate medium” and therefore leaves the decision up to each credit institution.
