What are Partner Subscriptions and how do they work?

With Partner Subscriptions you can access, purchase, manage, and cancel third-party services directly in your N26 app.

Step 1: Choose and purchase a subscription

1. Open the N26 app and go to the Benefits tab.
2. Select Partner Subscriptions.
3. Select a subscription to review its details, features, and any special discounts based on your N26 plan.
4. Tap Continue to checkout.
5. Review your order details on the Checkout screen.
6. Accept the terms and conditions and select Order with payment obligation.

Step 2: Activate your subscription

Important: Your subscription is not ready to use until you activate it.

1. Once payment goes through, you will see the Activation screen.
2. Activate your subscription to open the subscription portal.
3. If you have an active, paid subscription directly with the subscription partner, it will continue alongside your new N26 Partner Subscription access. To avoid maintaining two separate paid subscriptions, you need to cancel your existing one manually directly with the subscription partner. Otherwise, you may continue to use both independently.
4. If you need to open a new account with the subscription partner, follow the prompts to create a new account.
5. Your status will update to Activated in your N26 app.

If you exited the app before linking or creating your account with the subscription partner:

1. Go to Benefits → Partner Subscriptions in the N26 app.
2. Select the subscription, which will show a ‘Activation required’ status.
3. Select ‘Finish activating"to resume and complete the setup process.

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions through N26 are billed on a recurring basis.
• Failed payments: We will send a reminder four days before charging your account. If your account has insufficient funds, we will retry the payment twice over 48 hours. If payment still fails, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
• Price changes: You will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any price changes take effect, giving you time to cancel your subscription if you choose.

• Upgrading or downgrading your N26 plan: Your active subscriptions will remain active until the end of their current billing cycle. After that, they will adjust or terminate depending on your new plan.
• Closing your N26 account: Your active partner subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not be renewed.
• 14-day right of withdrawal: If you cancel your N26 plan within the 14-day withdrawal period, you will receive a full refund for your subscriptions.

You can cancel a subscription at any time without fees:

1. Open the N26 app and go to Benefits → Partner Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
3. Scroll down and select Cancel subscription.
4. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
