Download your SEPA transfer confirmation

You can download your transfer confirmations either in the N26 app or on web. If you’ve sent or received a bank transfer and need proof of the transaction, you can easily download a PDF confirmation. This feature is also available for your direct debit payments. To download them, just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. From your transaction list, select the specific transfer or direct debit
  3. Select ‘Download transfer confirmation’

The document will download automatically to your device.

What’s included in the transfer confirmation?

Your transfer confirmation is an official document that includes:

  • The full names and bank details (IBAN and BIC) of both the sender and the recipient
  • The transfer amount
  • The date the transfer was made

If you no longer have an active account, or if you’re a legal representative, you won’t be able to download confirmations directly from the app. Instead, please submit your request through our form for former customers.
