Download your bank statements

A bank statement is a document that shows your total balance and every transaction — like transfers, direct debits, and card payments — moving in or out of your account. It also includes your full name, IBAN, and BIC. At N26, we offer two ways to view your activity:

• Balance statements: These provide a monthly snapshot of your transactions and are available as PDF files.
• Account activity reports: These allow you to choose a custom date range. You can download these as both PDF and CSV files.

These statements are considered official documents and are fully valid without a signature or stamp.

You can download your balance statements either in the N26 app or on web.

1. Go to the Finances tab
2. Choose the account or Space you want to view — like your main account or a joint account
3. Select the gear icon and then ‘Balance statements’
4. Pick the month you want

2. Select ‘Downloads’ and, under ‘Bank statements’, pick the month you want
3. Alternatively, you can go to the Spaces tab, select an account or Space, go to ‘Settings’ and download your statements from there

If you need a report for a specific period of time, you can do this while logged in to your account on web. Here’s how:

1. From the Home tab select the account or Space you want and then ‘Downloads’
2. Under ‘Account Activity’ enter your start and end dates
3. Choose your preferred format — PDF of CSV — and then select ‘Download’
4. Alternatively, you can go to the Spaces tab, select an account or Space, go to ‘Settings’, then ‘Balance Statements’ and download your report from there

If you’re a former customer or a legal representative acting on someone else’s behalf, you can request balance statements or other documents using our form for former customers.
