Download your statement of fees

To request your statement of fees, you must be logged in to your N26 account on web. The statement of fees is a document provided under EU regulation to give you a clear overview of all the fees you’ve paid for your account over the past year. Please keep in mind that this statement is only available once the calendar year has ended. You can check when the most recent statement will be ready by logging in to your account on web.

For current customers

Here’s how you can download your statement of fees:

  1. Log in to your account on web.
  2. Select ‘Downloads’.
  3. Under ‘Statement of fees’, select the year you need.

We’ll send the document to your Messages from N26 inbox. It usually takes about five minutes to arrive.

For former customers

If you’ve closed your account, you can still download your statement of fees for up to 6 months after the closing date. To do this, use our Request Statement of Fees Report form. You’ll need to provide the following:

  • Your full name, personal ID number, and the expiry date of the ID document you used to verify your account.
  • The email address that was registered to the account.
  • The month and year you opened and closed your account. You can find this info in your emails.

Once you submit the request, we’ll send a link to your email. You’ll be asked to create a temporary password to access the file. This link is only valid for 24 hours. If the password is entered incorrectly five times, the link will expire, and you’ll need to start a new request.

For business accounts

If you have an N26 business account, please note that any cashback you’ve earned will not be shown on the statement of fees.
