How to protect my account?

The security of your account and your personal data is our top priority.

If you ever feel that your N26 login may be compromised or that someone is trying to initiate a chat on your behalf, it’s crucial to immediately change your N26 account password.

To do so, log into the app and go to My Account > Settings > Security. Please choose a secure password and don’t reveal your login details to anyone.

If you believe that your account has been compromised or tampered in any way then please get in touch with us immediately.

If you do not have access to your N26 mobile app or your N26 webapp login, you can also request to block your card or account by calling us at +44 2035 107126.
