There are several ways you can reach out to our customer support team, but the best option is always opening a secure chat while you’re logged into the App. This will allow us to verify your identity, and provide you with specific information and support.

We are available every day from 07:00 to 23:00 CET, including Sundays and bank holidays.

Please be aware that our chat support will be operating from 7:00 to 18:00 on December 23rd, and from 9:00 to 18:00 between December 24th and January 1st. Our normal support hours will resume on January 2nd, with live support accessible from 7:00 to 23:00 CET.

How to call us (only for Premium accounts)

We can only connect you with our customer support team if you call us from the number registered in your account. If you need to register a new phone number, follow the steps in this page: How to change my phone number?

Are you a former N26 US account holder?

We are no longer offering support to former US accounts, however our banking partner, Axos, has taken over this support. If you need help contacting Axos, press Open a visitor chat below to chat with our european customer service team, and they can provide you with these details.
