We are reachable at our normal opening hours, from 07:00 - 23:00 hrs daily, including Sundays and public holidays.
Please be aware that connecting you to a specialist may take longer than usual. You can expect to speak to a customer service specialist in approximately 3 min for chat, and for our dedicated N26 Metal hotline.
To ensure customers with the most urgent cases are able to reach our team, we encourage you to refer to our Support Centre for all non-urgent requests.
If you need to block your card in an emergency, you will be able to do so in your N26 app, or by calling our automated emergency hotline at +44 2035 107126.
This will help us give prompt support to customers who:
- Are unable to activate, access or close their account
- Are experiencing problems with payments, withdrawals or transfers
- Believe they may be victims of fraud or would like to dispute a transaction
- Have issues with a garnishment or P-account
