We aim to process all requests within 30 calendar days.

How to submit a request

To submit a request, follow these steps:

Requirements for former customers and representatives

Because former customers and authorized representatives cannot be verified through the N26 app, and to ensure we never release sensitive data to the wrong person, we require additional proof of identity.

  • Authorized representatives: You must upload a signed power of attorney

Note: The copy of your ID will be deleted after the request is deemed to be fulfilled.

ID guidelines

When uploading your ID, please ensure the full name, date of birth, expiry date, and photograph are clearly visible.

For your security, you may black out/redact any other information on the ID that is not listed above.
