How can I change my transfer PIN?

You can change your transfer PIN at any time in the app:

  • Go to My Account then: Settings and Security (mobile app) or Security Settings (WebApp)
  • Select Change Transfer PIN
  • Enter the 10-digit token number on your Mastercard
  • Create and confirm your new transfer PIN

If your card was stolen or lost, contact our Customer Support by chat so we can reset it for you.

For security reasons, you PIN can’t contain parts of your date of birth or your address, repeated numbers (such as 1111, 111, or 11), or sequences (such as 1234 or 4321). If the PIN you’ve chosen is not accepted, please try again using a different one.
