Why didn't an ATM give me cash?
It happens: you go to an ATM, the requested amount is deducted from your balance, but the machine doesn’t give you cash.
First, check your card limits by going to My Account and selecting Card settings. Make sure ATM withdrawals are active.
While we can’t say for sure why it happened, we can definitely help get your money back. The amount that was deducted from your balance is only an authorization (a reservation or blocked amount). Because the transaction wasn’t successful, this reserved amount will expire either in a few hours or a maximum of 12 working days and return to your balance.
If the reserved amount doesn’t expire after 12 working days, please complete a dispute form. We’ll do our best to get the money back for you.
In the meantime, we suggest you try another ATM from a different operator. This rarely happens twice in a row.
