Personal information: Changing your personal data

Your personal data is connected with the technical and personal services of your N26 account. That’s why it is important to keep them up to date.

You can change your delivery address, password or tax information at any time in the N26 app. Just go to Control Center ⚙and select Account.

If you want to change your phone number or email address, please contact Customer Service, ideally via chat.

Your name can only be changed in written form by providing two forms of ID. You will need a copy of your new ID card or passport as well as a marriage licence or other official document confirming the change.

If your nationality has changed we will just need a copy of your new ID card or passport.

If your sex has changed, please send us a copy of your new ID or passport and a copy of your updated birth certificate.

Whenever you need to send us documents the fastest way to provide them is via email. You can just attach them to an email to support@n26.com. Alternatively you can contact us via mail (N26 GmbH, Klosterstraße 62, 10179 Berlin) or fax (+49 30 364285082).
