What steps should I take if I notice a fraudulent transaction on my account?
If you don’t recognize a transaction or you’re sure you didn’t authorize it, blocking your debit card won’t be enough. In these cases you should immediately:
Order a new debit card and mark your current one as stolen. Destroy your existing debit card by cutting it with scissors or a shredder. The chip, NFC antenna, and the magnetic strip should all be cut into pieces and disposed of separately.

You can continue using your account for ACH payments until your new debit card arrives. You should keep in mind that changes in the final amount debited from your account don't necessarily indicate fraud.
Please note that in cases of fraud you have up to 60 days to open a dispute with us.
