How do I dispute a transaction?
We can only process disputes for transactions that have settled into your account. In order to properly process a dispute, we will ask you for details about the charge and the reason for the dispute:
You’ll need to provide all or some of the following information:
- The full name on the account
- The account number
- Name of merchant
- Date of the disputed charge
- Amount of the disputed charge
- Reason for the dispute
Important: If you believe a charge on your account is the result of fraud, or if you believe that your card has been lost or stolen, please block your card immediately and contact our customer support either by phone or by chat.
