How do I change my Confirmation PIN?

You can change your Confirmation PIN at any time in the mobile application or WebApp.

  • In the mobile application:
    • Tap on the My Account icon (“ 👤”)
    • Tap on “Settings”.
    • SelectSecurity”.
    • Select “Change Confirmation PIN”.
    • Enter the 10-digit token number on your Visa debit card.
    • Create and confirm your new Confirmation PIN.
  • In the WebApp(new tab):
    • Click on “ 👤 My Account”.
    • Click on Security Settings”.
    • Select “Change Confirmation PIN”.
    • Enter the 10-digit token number on your Visa debit card.
    • Create and confirm your new Confirmation PIN.

If you enter your Confirmation PIN incorrectly 6 times, you'll need to wait 24 hours before trying again.

Please note that, for security reasons, your PIN cannot contain:

  • Parts of your date of birth or your address
  • Repeated numbers (such as 1111, 111, or 11), or sequences (such as 1234 or 4321).

If the PIN you’ve chosen is not accepted, please try again using a different one.
