How do I reorder a card?
If you have a previously activated card and need to order a new one for whatever reason, you can easily reorder a card directly from within our mobile application. To order a new card:
1. Log in and tap on “Actions".
2. Tap on "Card Settings", then "Reorder".
3. If you've never activated your card, please contact us so that we can order a card for you. You can reach us by phone at 1-888-N26-0-N26 (1-888-626-0626) or chat in our mobile application or via the WebApp. (new tab)
Once your new card arrives, you’ll need to activate it in the mobile application.
