Cashback Perks

  • "How do I sign up for Cashback on Subscriptions?"

Signing up for Cashback Perks is simple and is accomplished via the mobile app.

  1. On launching the app, tap on the "Explore" tab.

  2. Once in the Explore page, tap on the "Manage" button, this will take you to the Cashback on subscriptions page.

  3. Once in the Cashback Subscriptions page you can select your Cashback Perk by tapping on the appropriate partner. 

  • "The Cashback Perk that I previously subscribed to is no longer applicable to me, how do I unsubscribe from that Perk?"

When a Cashback Perk is no longer applicable to your lifestyle, you can easily unsubscribe from it via the mobile or web app.

  1. On launching the app, tap on the "Explore" tab.

  2. Once in the Explore page, tap on the "Manage" button, this will take you to the Cashback on subscriptions page

  3. Once in the Cashback Subscriptions page you can select your Cashback Perk to unsubscribe from by tapping on the appropriate partner. 

  • "How many Cashback Perks can I subscribe to?"

You can only subscribe to one Cashback Perk at a time. Your lifestyle and situation will be your guide as to which one to subscribe to.

  • "Is there a cost to subscribing?"

No, there is no cost to subscribing to a Perk. In fact, these Perks are here to save you money. 

  • "Does this work for any subscription, i.e. family plans?"

No, only monthly plans for one user are eligible for Monthly Cashback Perks.

  • "What payment method do I have to use in order to get a Cashback or a Discount Perk?"

You must pay for your purchase directly with your N26 Visa debit card, if another form of payment is used, the Cashback or Discount will not be applied.  To ensure that you get the benefit you deserve, you may have to go into your account and verify that the card on file, and being charged, is your N26 Visa debit card. Transactions made through third parties or with electronic wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are not eligible for discounts or cashback under our Perks program. 

  • "How many days after making a qualifying payment would I receive Cashback for a Monthly Cashback Perk?"

Approximately two business days.

  • "Will the Cashback appear as a statement credit?  If so, when?"

Yes, if applicable, the Cashback will appear on your transaction list as ‘Monthly Perk'.  The Cashback benefit is applied as soon as your payment for the monthly subscription comes through, which is typically the billing date of the subscription.

  • "Who are your current Perks partners?"

To further enhance your N26 experience, we are constantly adding new partners, To see the current list of Perks partners, please go to your N26 app.

  • "How much cash back does the customer receive on a subscription per month for Cashback on Subscriptions Perks?  Is it a specific dollar amount, or a percentage of the subscription charge? Please list subscriptions and specific percentages of Cashback."

In order to see exactly how much Cashback you can get on your subscription, please go to your N26 app. The percentage of cash back varies depending on the partner.

  • "Is there a date by which I must enroll in Perks in order to receive cash back?"

No. you can enroll in Perks whenever you want.

  • "Does the Cashback offer have a termination period?"

Cashback Perk offers do not have a termination period.  Unless there is a specific “valid until” date is shown, N26 can terminate the offer at any time.
