How to set up and manage my Direct Debit Mandates?
From January 4th 2019 our UK accounts will be enabled for direct debits. This means in order to pay for goods and services, you can simply provide your account details to companies or merchants and they'll automatically collect payments from your N26 account.
Once the first direct debit collection has occurred on your account, you can navigate to the mandate section in your N26 app to see your active direct debits and their relevant details or cancel them.
If you need to cancel an ongoing direct debit please contact our Customer Support team, who will be happy to assist you.
One thing to keep in mind: From January 4th 2019, other UK banks are allowed up to 6 weeks to update their systems with our new information. This may result in some companies or merchants not being able to accept your N26 account details right away.
