How to contact N26?
If you want to reach out, you can open a chat with us directly within the mobile or WebApp or from certain Support Center articles about opening an account. As an online bank we don't have branches.
Chat is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm UK time.
When accessing your account from our WebApp, you can find the option in the bottom right corner.
Or from your smartphone, go to 👤 My Account then Help. Then scroll down and tap Support Chat under Get in touch.
If you're not a customer yet, go to the Support Center and select a UK-specific article (for example, about opening an account or card delivery) then click Open a chat at the bottom of the page.
