How to contact N26?
If you want to reach out, you can open a chat with us directly within the mobile or WebApp or from certain Support Centre articles, such as this one. As an online bank we don't have branches.
Chat is available Monday to Sunday from 7am to 10pm UK time.
When accessing your account from our WebApp, you can find the option in the bottom right corner.
Or from your smartphone, go to 👤 My Account then Help. Then scroll down and tap Support Chat under Get in touch.
