How to contact N26?

If you want to reach out, you can open a chat with us directly within the mobile or WebApp, or from certain Support Center articles about opening an account. As an online bank we don't have branches.

First, make sure you're up-to-date with the newest version of the app. If not, update your app in the Apple App store or the Google Play store.

Next, make sure we’re online. Chat is available Monday to Friday from 08:00-21:00 and on Saturday from 08:00-20:00. 

When accessing your account from our WebApp, you can find the chat in the bottom right corner.  Or from your paired smartphone, go to 👤 My Account then Help. Then scroll down and tap Support chat under Get in touch.  You’ll then see your place in the queue. Keep your Mastercard close by, it's optional but you'll get faster service.

If you're not a customer yet, go to the Support Center and select an article about opening an account, creating a password, or proving your identity with photo, or video then click Open a chat at the bottom of the page.
