How to reorder a card?
ℹ️ Deliveries normally take up to 10 working days. Deliveries in some specific areas in the following countries (Estonia, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia and Spain) may take longer.
If you've never had an activated card and it has been more than 10 working days since you proved your identity, please contact us via live chat.
For any other reasons, please re-order your card via the application.
Firstly, check and if necessary update your shipping address, you can do this within the N26 app: 👤 My Account > Settings > Personal Settings > Shipping Address.
To reorder your card go to: 👤 My Account > Card Settings.
From your list of cards, swipe until you see the card you wish to reorder and select Reorder.
Note that the Standard and the N26 You cards have a fee of €6 for standard shipping and €25 for express shipping. For N26 Metal cards, the fee is €45 for standard shipping and €65 for express shipping.
Once your new card arrives, you’ll need to activate it in the app.
